THE SHIPPERS’ CHALLENGE
A shipper/supplier/manufacturer/distributor of a single good or small sets of goods will face challenges in delivering their freight across a state, or multiple states.
Shipping a full truckload of filters with a total weight of 6000lbs is inefficient as the truckload can hold up to 43,500lbs. Shipping an entire truckload of bricks is also inefficient as you can only fit 16 pallets instead of 20 pallets as you go over the allowable weight of 43,500lbs.
